Known as 'Paddy'. Second son in a family of 5 children. Educated at Pretoria (Public School in Northern Ireland) then took over as chairman/director in the family business - Thomas Heiton and Co. Dublin. One marriage. Injuries sustained in the first World War included T.B. in both lungs. He was not expected to live to see the birth of his daughter in 1942, but after Faith Healing and a year spent in a TB sanatorium in Davos, Switzerland, his health improved a little and he lived until two months after the wedding in 1964.
