Henry married Mary Cooke of Poynstown, Cashel. He succeeded to the family estate of Castle Otway on the death of his cousin John. He left two sons and two daughters. He died, aged thirty-seven, in 1736 (Memorial in Templederry Church).
Will dated 16 Oct 1736 and proved 10 May 1737.
