Phoebe married Daniel Freeman of Rapla, near Nenagh. After Mr. Freeman's death, Rapla was sold. Phoebe and her family lived at Nenagh, then at Ballinware (part of the Rapla Estate) belonging to her son and left by him to James Otway of Prior Park in 1809. Phoebe died in April 1786. She had three children.
